I am a London artist with an established practice based in ceramics. I make objects, installations and displays which include ceramic, glass and botanical elements. My work is presented in private and the public domain: commercial galleries, museums, retail outlets and private commissions. Collaborations have included working with Japanese artists, designers, florists, garden designers, conservators and filmmakers.
In 2009 I was awarded a Shape of Things bursary towards installation commission at the Bristol Museum and Art gallery.
Between 2005 and 2013 I have received 3 Arts Council Awards to develop work with Ikebana artist’s in Japan, present ‘Living wall’ a glass and ceramic performance presented at Saatchi gallery and most recently for my participation in the Chelsea fringe festival with ‘Tree follies’ at the PM gallery & House and the Lambeth Garden museum.
I have over 20 years’ of teaching experience in art, design and craft at further and higher education level including Foundation, B.A and M.A.
