Are you a HSoA student booking online for the first time?
Using the notion of play this course will demystify the process of making art. Students will be introduced to methodologies from 20th century art mavricks that inspire the imagination to enter into new areas of experimentation.
Working in 2D and 3D students will explore the language of materials and consider the many different ways in which they can be understood within a contemporary context.
Examples include Filippo Tommaso Marinetti's Tactile Boards and Richard Serra's Verb List.
