Artist Patron / Sir Frank Bowling new RA Monograph

The Royal Academy of Arts has published a new Monograph on Frank Bowling by Mel Gooding.

The edition includes an all new ‘Part 4’; which explores some of Sir Frank’s latest works and an assessment of his place in art history. In a new preface, Gooding says: “At the Haus der Kunst, Munich, in June 2017, the superb survey exhibition, Mappa Mundi, curated by the late Okuwi Enwezor, finally confirmed beyond doubt that Frank Bowling’s work had classic status: that he was one of the great painters of the late twentieth century”.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
