Waste Not collaboration with GAIL's Bakery goes live this week

Our tutors and students have been working hard over the last few months creating wreaths, one for each of the 60 GAIL's Bakeries.

The Waste Not project upcycles flour bags provided by GAIL's. Principal Isabel Langtry states 'Preventing waste is a mental shift, getting creative through repurposing and reusing reflects the lively, rigours and open-ended approach to creativity that is the culture at HSoA and GAIL's.'

The wreaths will be in bakeries from this Friday so do keep an eye out for the catching designs.
