Work with the etching process, using photo-etching and solar plates if you wish, alongside all the printmaking techniques. Developing your skills alongside emerging and experienced print-makers, you will be encouraged to look at both historical and contemporary approaches to printmaking and become confident with the skills used. Your portfolio of work will evolve, while exploring endless possibilities.
Things to bring:
- Photos / sketches / ideas.
- Small portfolio to take work home in.
- Protective clothing / shirt or apron.
- Paint brushes / a pencil.
Specialised materials can be purchased through your tutor and the office during the course.
