Learn about one of the oldest painting techniques invented by the Egyptians who taught it to the Greeks. Giotto re-inspired this highly skillful technique in the 14C. Working on boards learn how to lay pigment into fresh plaster create warm and subtle tones. Using the prescribed steps including Arriccio, ‘Cardboard and Sinopia’, Sgraffito. A wonderful way to realise your ideas, develop new thinking and apply to contemporary or traditional themes. All levels.
